No use variance shall be granted for any prohibited use set forth in this subsection, within any zoning district in the Town of Northborough. Nothing in this zoning bylaw shall prohibit or regulate any use in contravention of MGL. C. 40A, § 3 or any other applicable state or federal law. |

9 | In the Downtown Business District, the maximum number of single-family attached units on a lot shall be four units. |
10 | The maximum number of multifamily units on a lot shall be six units by special permit in the Downtown Business and Business West Districts. |
