Official Maps
The boundaries of the zoning districts as set out in Article 5 are delineated upon the Official Zoning Map of the Town; said map being a part of this UDC as fully as if the same were set forth herein in detail. |
All amendments to the Official Zoning Map shall be made after their enactment and the date of the change shall be the effective date of ordinance adoption by the Town Council. The official copies of the zoning map posted in accordance with section 2.1.A above shall be updated quarterly to reflect changes adopted by ordinance of the Town Council. |
Should the Official Zoning Map be lost, destroyed or damaged, the Town Manager or his/her designee may have a new map drawn. No further authorization or action is required so long as no district boundaries are changed in this process. |
Reproductions for information purposes may, from time to time, be made of the Official Zoning Map. This map is available to the public. |
