CHAPTER 17

07 MANUFACTURING ZONES

§ 17.07.010 Permitted uses.

The permitted and conditionally permitted uses in this zone shall be governed by Section 17.04.010 and other specific use requirements contained in this title.

§ 17.07.030 Building height.

The height of buildings in an M-1 zone is governed by the restrictions of Section 17.04.015(A)(2)(a).

§ 17.07.040 Front yard.

No front yard is required in an M-1 zone.

§ 17.07.050 Side yards.

No side yards are required in an M-1 zone, except as provided in Section 17.03.330.

§ 17.07.060 Rear yard.

No rear yard is required in an M-1 zone, except as provided in Section 17.03.330.
