Any violation of the provisions of this title or amendments thereto is made a Class B offense as defined in Title 7 of this code. Each day such violation continues may be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 837 § 1 (part), 2008: Ord. 281 § 3 (part), 1979: Ord. 136 § 11.07 (part), 1974)

Notwithstanding the imposition of any penalties hereunder, the city may institute any appropriate action or proceeding to require compliance with or to enjoin violation of the provisions of this title, or any administrative decisions made pursuant to this title.
