The Common Council of the City of Oconto Falls may amend this chapter following the procedures prescribed by § 62.23, Wis. Stats.

All territory annexed by the City of Oconto Falls shall become part of the R-1 District until definite boundaries and regulations are recommended by the Planning Commission and adopted by the Common Council of the City, such adoption to be completed within 90 days of the annexation.[1]
