1. Single-family dwelling, five thousand (5,000) square feet.
2. Two-family dwelling or other main building, seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet.
3. Zero lot line dwelling with common wall, four thousand (4,000) square feet.
4. Government subsidized housing with minimum forty (40) year contract, seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet for each building plus three thousand (3,000) square feet for each dwelling unit in excess of two (2) in each building.
5. Government subsidized elderly and/or handicapped housing with a minimum forty (40) year contract, seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet for each building plus one thousand (1,000) square feet for each building in excess of two (2) in each building.
B. Minimum Lot Width: Minimum lot width, sixty feet (60'); corner lots, seventy five feet (75').
C. Minimum Yard Setbacks:
1. Front: Front, twenty five feet (25'), except average where fifty percent (50%) frontage is developed, but no less than twenty feet (20'); corner lots shall have two (2) front yard setbacks.
a. Main building, six feet (6') with total width of two (2) side yards of no less than sixteen feet (16') for single-family dwelling or two-family dwelling, and twenty feet (20') for each side for other main building, plus an additional three feet (3') on each side yard for each foot dwelling or other main building is over twenty five feet (25') in height.
b. Accessory building, six feet (6') except one foot (1') if located at least six feet (6') in rear of main building but no closer than six feet (6') to dwelling on adjacent lot.
a. Main building, thirty feet (30').
b. Accessory, one foot (1'), except six feet (6') where accessory building rear on side yard of adjacent corner lot.
2. Maximum, thirty five feet (35').
E. Lot Coverage: No accessory building or group of accessory buildings shall cover more than twenty five percent (25%) of the rear yard area.
