CHAPTER 1121
Definitions
1121.01 LONG TITLE.
An Ordinance to provide for the comprehensive zoning of the City of Oxford, Ohio. Establishing Use Districts, Encouraging, Regulating and Restricting Therein the Location, Construction, Reconstruction, Alteration and Use of Structures and Land; Providing for Off-Street Parking, Regulating Signs; Controlling Non-Conforming Uses; Establishing a Zoning Districts Map; Providing for the Administration of This Ordinance; Defining the Powers and Duties of the Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and Municipal Council Pertaining to Their Zoning Responsibilities and Providing for Penalties for the Violation of the Provisions in This Ordinance or Any Amendment Thereto.

1121.02 SHORT TITLE.
This Ordinance shall be known as the “Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oxford, Ohio”.

1121.03 AUTHORIZATION.
This Ordinance is authorized by the provisions of Chapter 7 Ohio Revised Code.
