CHAPTER 1125

Enactment and Effective Date

1125.01 ENACTMENT.

(a) Whereas, there has been created, under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Ohio, a City Planning Commission for Oxford Ohio; and

(b) Whereas said Planning Commission has submitted to the City Council of Oxford, Ohio, a plan for the zoning of the City with respect to the use of premises, buildings and other structures.

(c) Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained, that the Zoning Map and Text contained herein are hereby adopted.

1125.02 EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance Number 2782, is effective on May 20, 2003.
