The locations and boundaries of the districts established in Section 1266.01 are shown on the Zoning Map, which is hereby incorporated into this Zoning Code. Such Map, together with all notations, references and other information shown thereon, and all amendments thereto, is a part of this Zoning Code and shall have the same force and effect as if the Map, together with all notations, references and other information shown thereon, were fully set forth and described herein.

1266.03 BOUNDARIES.
Wherever any uncertainty exists as to the boundary of a use district as shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
(a) Where district boundary lines are indicated as following streets, alleys or similar rights of way, they shall be construed as following the centerlines thereof.
(b) Where district boundary lines are indicated as approximately following lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be such boundaries.
(c) Where a lot held in one ownership and of record on the effective date of this Zoning Code is divided by a district boundary line, the entire lot shall be construed to be within the less restricted district. However, this construction shall not apply if it increases the area of the less restricted portion of the lot by more than twenty percent.

DISTRICTS GENERALLY AND ZONING MAP
1266.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.
In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this Zoning Code, the Village is hereby divided into the following districts:
R-1-A One-Family Dwelling District
R-4 Planned Unit Development District
R-5 Special Development District
S-1 Planned Unit Development District
B-1 Limited Retail Business District
B-2 General Retail and Wholesale Business District
M-1 Limited Manufacturing District
O Office District
Commercial planned development (overlay regulations applicable within the R-5, B-1, B-2 and O Districts)
