RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS

§ 151.050 PERMITTED USES.

The uses permitted in these districts are listed in Appendix A of this chapter.

§ 151.051 LOTS OR PARCELS OF LAND OF RECORD.

Any single lot or parcel of land held in one ownership, which was of record on September 28, 1964, the same being the time of adoption of the zoning code, that does not meet the requirements for minimum lot width and area, may be utilized for a permitted use, provided the lot coverage percentages are not exceeded, and no variance shall be required for substandard yards or courts provided adherence to the following:

§ 151.052 REQUIREMENTS.

Every principle building erected in any R-1, R-2 and R-3 Residential District shall conform to the applicable requirements in tabular form below:
