The city may grant a change in zoning contingent upon the owner fulfilling specific terms, provisions, reservations and commitments contained in an agreement in order to provide a balance between the owner's desire for certainty in the development process and the city's desire for control of project impacts, to insure harmony with the established surrounding pattern of development; and to ensure that the development proceeds in the best interest of health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Payette. Such agreement must be in compliance with Idaho Code section 67.6511. (Ord. 1204, 2002)
