Manufacturing, including the processing, storage and servicing of objects, materials and goods, except the following uses, which are hereby specifically prohibited:
Acetylene gas, ammonia or chlorine bleaching powder manufacture or storage; sulfurous, nitric, picric, carbolic, hydrochloric or other acid or chemical manufacture.
Stockyards, wool pulling or scouring, slaughtering of animals or poultry; reduction, incineration, storage or dumping of slaughterhouse refuse, rancid fats, garbage, dead animals or offal.
Petroleum refining or the storage of crude oil or any of its volatile products or other highly flammable liquids in aboveground tanks with unit capacity greater than 550 gallons.
The dismantling or storage of wrecked, disabled or dismantled automobiles or airplanes or used parts thereof, unless such dismantling or storage is carried on within a building.
Sufficient off-street driveways and parking spaces shall be provided so that customers, employees and visitors can park their cars at least 10 feet inside the curbline.

§ 210-18 Permitted and prohibited uses.
In Industrial Districts, lands may be used and buildings or structures may be altered, erected or used only for the following:
