§ 153.040 INTERPRETATION.

The permitted and conditional uses for each district are shown in the following tabulations which shall constitute this subchapter. The interpretation of uses given in categorical terms shall be as defined in § 153.009. Uses not specifically listed or interpreted by the Board to be included categorically under this subchapter shall not be permitted, except by action of the Planning Commission and the Village Council.
