b. | A minimum of 8 automobile spaces shall be provided for each drive-through restaurant window. These spaces shall be inclusive of the automobile spaces at the pickup window. | |||||
c. | A minimum of 4 automobile spaces shall be provided for all other drive-through uses other than banks and restaurants as they are provided for in a and b above. These spaces shall be inclusive of the automobile space at the pickup window. | |||||
d. | The automobile spaces referred to in a, b and c above shall not interfere with other parking spaces or the pedestrian or vehicular travel or circulation of the site. | |||||

L. | ER Elderly Residential. The following minimum parking standards shall apply to development in the ER District: | |||||
