Should any section, phrase or word contained in this chapter be found to be illegal, unconstitutional, inconsistent with the intent of Chapter 291 of the Laws of 1975 or in any other respect of no force or effect, then that finding shall apply only to the particular section, phrase or word which is subject of the finding and shall not affect the validity of any other section, phrase or word within this chapter.
