This chapter is intended to regulate the use and development of land in the Borough of Pine Hill, and to promote the public health, safety, morals and general welfare, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law of the State of New Jersey. (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1, et seq.)
