Swimming pools, hot tubs and spas are not permitted to be located in the front yard, shall not be closer than six feet from any lot line, and shall be 10 feet from the main building.

EXCEPTION: Hot tubs and spas shall be permitted to be closer than 10 feet from, or inside, the main building.

Decking and walking pads are permitted to be inside the setback requirements, but not closer than three feet to any lot line or five feet from the main building.
