Appeals to the Zoning Board may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any officer, department, board or bureau of this Township affected by any decision of the Zoning Officer. An appeal shall be taken within 65 days by filing with the Zoning Officer and with the Zoning Board a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof. The Zoning Officer shall forthwith transmit to the Board all the papers constituting the record from which the action appealed was taken. Each application shall be accompanied by a fee as follows:
A. Two hundred dollars plus escrow for an application for any variance, provided that each applicant shall agree in writing to pay for all reasonable costs for professional review of the variance by the Township. The applicant shall be billed and shall pay all reasonable costs over and above the application fee of $200 plus escrow prior to the issuance of a building permit and prior to any construction on the lot.
B. Two hundred dollars plus escrow for all other applications. In the event any of these applications involve construction, then and in that event an additional fee based on the construction value is to be determined by the Construction Code Official in the same way as a building permit valuation.
