In order to assist the public in making any of the various applications described under this chapter, the Zoning Officer shall prepare and maintain an Applications Package for dissemination to any interested party.

Such Applications Package shall be, in form and substance, substantially consistent with the following, and shall be deemed to be a supplement, and not a substitute for, any of the requirements contained in § 300-1 through § 300-74.
