The Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended, shall be followed for securing review of any decision rendered pursuant to Article IX of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended.[1]

The Board of Supervisors may amend, supplement, change or modify or repeal this chapter, including the Zoning Map. When undertaking such actions, the Board of Supervisors shall proceed in the manner prescribed in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended. Landowner petitions for zoning ordinance or map changes shall be administered in accordance with the Municipalities Planning Code, as amended.[1]

The Board of Supervisors shall enact rules and regulations to facilitate the administration of this Part and shall by resolution establish reasonable fees to be paid by applicants in order to defray expenses which may be incurred by the Township in considering ordinance amendments.
