The following shall not be permitted within town boundaries:

(1)

Refuse containers and trash in view of any person upon any street or public sidewalk, except on day of pick up and day before.

(2)

Junk yards, salvage yards and borrow pits (as defined by section 14-26).

(3)

Sections 14-27 thru and including sections 14-31 are deleted.
