This chapter shall be known as and may be cited as the "Zoning Regulations of the Village of Poquott, amending and superseding the Zoning Regulations adopted March 22, 1983."

The Zoning Regulations of the Village of Poquott, adopted March 22, 1983, and all amendments and additions thereto made since said date, is hereby declared to be amended and superseded and shall take effect immediately upon adoption, publication, and posting, as provided by law. Any provisions and amendments of said Zoning Regulations not referred to or included in this superseding chapter are deemed null and void and inoperative.
