ARTICLE VIII
Appeals
§ 100-35 Procedure for appeals.
The review or appeal of any provision of this chapter or decision, determination, order or finding of the Borough Council or its agencies or officers shall follow the procedures set forth in Article X-A, Appeals to Court, of the MPC.[1]
