45 NO EMINENT DOMAIN FOR PURELY PRIVATE BENEFIT
§ 17.45.010 Purpose.
This "No Eminent Domain for Purely Private Benefit" ordinance is to prevent the misuse of the power of eminent domain for the sole benefit of private entities.

§ 17.45.020 Limits of eminent domain.
The City of Port Orford shall not use the power of eminent domain for the sole benefit of private entities. Port Orford's use of power of eminent domain shall continue to be limited by Article I, Section 18 of the Oregon Constitution.
