Amending the Zoning Map to change the dividing line between NC and HR to the southern boundary line of Tax Parcel 35-4-59. The eastern side dividing line between the NC and HR Districts is to continue down the eastern side of Tax Parcel 35-4-59. On the western side of Fourteenth Street, the NC District is to be expanded to include Tax Parcels 35-2-27, 35-2-28, 35-2-30 and 35-2-31.
