EXTRATERRITORIAL EFFECT
§ 154.140 TERRITORY WITHIN PERIMETER.
This chapter shall be applicable not only with the corporate limits of the town but also within the territory beyond the corporate limits, as now or hereafter fixed, for a distance of one mile in all directions.
