§ 154.999 PENALTY.

   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not exceeding $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
