Rawlins City Zoning Code

The purpose of the Historic Residential Overlay is to facilitate development in those areas of the city that were originally platted with lots 25 feet in width and now have a significant number of developed and undeveloped single-family residential parcels 50 feet in width.

Uses are the same as those allowed in the underlying zoning district and are not changed by the overlay.

The following standards apply to single-family residential uses within the Historic Residential Overlay. Yard and height requirements not listed below are the same as the underlying zone.
