Districts devoted to this use shall be supervised by the Village Board. Lands within such use districts shall be devoted to public parks, recreation facilities, Village facilities, public facilities such as libraries, or such other public or Village uses as the Village Board may from time to time direct. Lands in this use district shall be devoted to the preservation of wildlife, flora and fauna, in their natural habitats and shall not be used for recreational facilities. (Ord. 190, 3-19-1973)
