(a)

Front Yard. None, except along arterial streets there a hall be a front yard of not less than fifteen feet.

(b)

Side Yard. None, except where the district abuts a residential district there shall be a side yard of not less than fifteen feet.

Rear Yard. None, except where the district abuts a residential district there shall be a rear yard of not less than fifteen feet.
