The Town Board of the Town of Saugerties in Ulster County, New York, acting under the authority of Town Law and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, hereby adopts and enacts this chapter as the comprehensive zoning law of the Town of Saugerties.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the "Town of Saugerties Zoning Law."
