The Plan Commission of the Village of Saukville recommended the adoption of this chapter at a meeting held on the seventh day of April, 2005..

Pursuant to and in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, the Village Board of Trustees held a public hearing on this chapter on the 16th day of August, 2005..

The Village Board of Trustees concurred with the recommendations of the Village Plan Commission and adopted the Zoning Chapter at a meeting held on the 16th day of August.

This chapter shall take effect upon adoption by the Village Board of Trustees and the filing of a certificate of posting in the office of the Village Administrator.
