ARTICLE III

Application of Regulations

§ 250-7 Conformity required.

No land or building shall hereafter be used or occupied unless in conformity with the regulations herein specified for the district within which it is located.

§ 250-8 Changes in buildings limited.

No building shall hereafter be erected, moved or altered structurally to:
A. 
Exceed the height limitation.
B. 
Accommodate or house a greater number of families than allowed.
C. 
Occupy a greater percentage of lot area.
D. 
Have a lesser livable floor area.
E. 
Have narrower or smaller front, side or rear yards than specified herein for the district in which the building is located.

§ 250-9 Yards and open space.

No part of a yard or other open space required about any building for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this chapter shall be included as a part of a yard or other open space similarly required for another building.

§ 250-10 Annexations.

All newly annexed areas shall be automatically designated as SR-10 Single Residence District, until the Zoning Map is officially amended otherwise.
