The purpose of a temporary use permit is to ensure compatibility of the temporary use with surrounding lots.

A temporary use permit application is available from the Zoning Officer.

Areas to be reviewed as part of the permit process may include, but not be limited to, traffic circulation, parking, public conveniences, signs and any other special operating characteristics.

A zoning certificate is required prior to the establishment, change or alteration of any use, or the construction, enlargement, expansion or alteration of any structure.

A zoning certificate application is available from the Zoning Officer.
