(a)

The location and boundaries of the zoning districts within the municipal boundaries are shown on the zoning map attached hereto, as amended from time to time by ordinance.

(b)

Unless otherwise clearly defined on the zoning map, zoning district boundary lines are: lot lines, section lines, City boundary, centerlines of stream beds, and centerlines of streets, alleys, or railroad right-of-way, or these lines extended.
