05 PURPOSE AND SCOPE
§ 18.05.010 Purpose and scope.
(1)
On February 8, 1993, the town council of the town of Skykomish adopted a comprehensive plan, pursuant to Chapter 36.70A RCW. This first comprehensive plan spelled out the history of development in Skykomish and laid the framework for future development.

This zoning title is a product of the comprehensive plan. It explains the separation of land uses into different types and intensities and provides regulations for building on and use of the land.

§ 18.05.020 Severability.
If any provision of this title or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this title or the application of the provisions to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
