If a helistop is to be located within 1,000 feet of a residential property line, the applicant shall be required to submit noise tests, conducted on the property by an independent acoustical consultant utilizing approved sound-detection equipment and relating his findings to the Farnborough Intrusiveness Scale or other similarly recognized standard, and the Planning Board may approve such location only if the results of such tests are satisfactory to assure said Board that an unreasonable disturbance to the neighboring residential property will not be created.
