In residential and mixed-use districts, the municipal agency may permit, as a conditional use, the development of a golf course and a golf clubhouse as part of golf course development, provided that direct access to at least a minor collector or similar street of sufficient traffic capacity to service the use is available, and further provided that a 25-foot planted screen meeting the screening requirements of section 62-1847 shall be provided.
