Sec. 18-611.- Severability.

If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, or provision of this chapter shall be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any part or provision thereof, other than the part so decided to be invalid or unconstitutional.

Sec. 18-612. - Repeal of conflicting ordinances.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Sec. 18-613. - Effective date.

This chapter shall become effective at 12:01 a.m., June 19, 1990.

Sec. 18-614. - Filing of certified copies.

Certified copies of this chapter and any subsequent amendments thereto shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of Southampton County and the office of the administrator.
