There is hereby established a zoning ordinance for the Township, as is set forth in the text and map that constitute this Chapter. This Chapter shall be known and may be cited by the short form title of "The Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance." In addition to the foregoing, this Chapter is adopted in the interest of protecting and promoting the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare, and shall be deemed to include the community development objectives and recommendations as may be stated in the Southampton Township, Franklin County 2015 Comprehensive Plan Update (as amended), the contents of which are hereby ratified, approved, re-adopted, and incorporated herein by reference by the Township Board of Supervisors.
