The existing Bulk and Parking Schedule incorporated into this chapter by reference is hereby repealed, and the Density, Minimum Lot Size and Bulk Schedules hereinafter set forth are substituted in place thereof.[1]

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or premises shall be used or occupied and no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected or altered in a use district unless the same conforms to the Density and Minimum Lot Size Schedules and the Bulk Schedules hereinafter set forth.[1]
