§ 18-8.1
Land Use Fees.

a.
Minor subdivision — lot line adjustment, application fee: $300.
b.
Minor subdivision — two or three lots. Base fee: $400 plus $10 per lot.
c.
Preliminary major subdivision plat — original submission. Base fee: $750 plus $25 per lot.
d.
Final subdivision plat. Base fee: $500 plus $25 per lot.
e.
Site plans — preliminary. Base fee: $750 plus $50 per 1,000 square feet gross floor area plus $20 per 1,000 square feet site disturbance. Final - 1/2 preliminary fee. Minor site plans $400. Conditional use $300. Site plan waiver $150.
f.
Appeals, interpretations and variances. For each application requesting an appeal interpretation, or variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(a), (b), (c) and/or (d), the following application fees shall apply:

If the application requires more than one type of relief under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70 (a, b, c, d) as listed in Subsection f, the applicant shall apply the fee required for every and each type variance requested. The foregoing fees also apply to accessory structure and uses, such as, by way of example and not limitation, decks, sheds, pools and steps. |
g.
Other base fees.
1.
Construction of a single family residence on an undersized lot (in addition to the foregoing) - $100.
2.
Special meeting of either the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment - $1,000.
3.
Request for extension of preliminary or final site plan or subdivision approval - $500.
4.
Request to Planning Board for zone change – application fee: $700; escrow fee: $700, to be replenished when escrow reaches $300.
h.
Upon submission of a lot line adjustment (minor subdivision); Review inspection escrow: $3,000, to be replenished when escrow reaches $1,500.
i.
Minor subdivision, including lot line adjustment, two or three lots; Review inspection escrow: $3,000, plus $25 per lot for minor subdivision other than lot line adjustment, to be replenished when escrow reaches $1,500.
j.
Upon submission of preliminary major subdivision: Review inspection escrow: $3,000, plus $150 per lot, to be replenished when escrow reaches $1,500.
k.
Upon submission of final plat: Review inspection escrow: $2,500, plus $100 per lot, to be replenished when escrow reaches $1,500.
l.
Preliminary major site plan escrow fee - $750 plus $50 per 1,000 square feet gross area plus $20 per 1,000 square feet site disturbance. Final major site plan escrow fee, if submitted separately – ½ of preliminary.
m.
Applications involving residential properties, escrow fee - $500.
n.
Applications involving commercial properties - $500.
o.
Minor Subdivision amendment, application fee: $500; review inspection escrow: $2,000 to be replenished when escrow reaches $800.
p.
Major Preliminary or Final Subdivision Amendment, Application fee: $500; review inspection escrow for Preliminary Major Subdivision Amendment: $2,000, to be replenished when escrow reaches $800; review inspection escrow for Final Major Subdivision Amendment: $3,000, to be replenished when escrow reaches $1,500.
q.
Site Plan Amendment: Application fee: $750. Review inspection escrow: $3,000, to be replenished at $1,500.
r.
Certificate of Non-Conformance (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-68): Application fee: $100; Review escrow: $1,500, to be replenished when escrow reaches $750.

Permit Issued Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-35, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-35, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-36, and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-76, Application Fee: $300, Escrow Review Fee: $1,000, to be replenished when escrow reaches $400.

Concept Plan Review Under Sparta Ordinance § 18-6.4. Application fee: $300; Escrow review fee: $500, to be replenished when escrow reaches $200.
