This district is intended to comprise those areas which are subject to periodic or occasional flooding and therefore are unsuited for all residential uses and for most commercial and industrial uses. It is intended that the area be retained for agricultural and recreational uses only until danger from flooding is eliminated.

Property and buildings in the F Floodplain District shall be used only for the following purposes:

(1)

Public recreation.

(2)

The growing of agricultural crops and nursery stock and gardening.

(3)

The raising of poultry and livestock in accordance with the municipal ordinances relating thereto, but not with operation of commercial feed pens for cattle or hogs.
