For the purpose of this article, the following districts are hereby established for the city:

Agricultural district: A-1 Suburban Agricultural District.

(2)

Residential districts.

R-1 One-Family Residential District.

b.

R-2 Two-Family Residential District.

c.

R-3 General Residential District.

d.

R-4 Medium-High Density Residential District.

e.

R-5 Single-Family Manufactured Home District.

Commercial districts.

a.

C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District.

b.

C-2 Neighborhood Shopping Center District.

c.

C-3 General Commercial District.

(4)

Industrial districts.

a.

I-1 Restricted Industrial District.

b.

I-2 Light Industrial District.

c.

I-3 Heavy Industrial District.

Floodplain district. The city is hereby divided into districts as shown on the zoning districts map filed with the city clerk. The zoning districts map and all of the explanatory material thereon is hereby made a part of this chapter.
