Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 6:1-80 et seq., there is hereby established an Airport Hazard District as bounded and described in the official map of the Township which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

The standards for development as promulgated by the Commissioner of Transportation in N.J.A.C. 16:62 et seq., attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby adopted as if set forth at length.
