c. | Land whose development potential is being transferred shall be deed restricted either to those uses permitted by the state’s farmland preservation program or deeded to a land trust or other suitable entity for conservation. | ||
d. | Deed restrictions and transaction instruments must be reviewed and approved by the Township and Land Development Board Solicitor prior to recording. | ||
e. | The development potential transfer shall occur at the time the approved instruments are recorded. | ||
