The following schedule of fees is adopted as part of the City's Land Development Regulations.

A.

Impact fees. As established by ordinance of St. Johns County and interlocal agreement.

B.

Building permit fees. All fees for building permits, tree removal, planning and zoning applications, comprehensive plan amendments, final development plans, mixed-use developments, and storm water management review shall be established by resolution adopted by the city commission.
