See Chapter 60, Flood Damage Prevention, and the latest officially issued Federal Floodplain Mapping. If a provision of this chapter regulates the exact same matter as the provision of the Flood Damage Prevention Chapter, the provision that is most restrictive upon use of development shall apply.

A hospital, nursing home, jail, prison, manufactured home or manufactured home park, school (public or private), day-care center (public or private), church, or theater shall not be newly developed or expanded within any portion of the one-hundred-year floodplain unless compliant with Chapter 60, Flood Damage Prevention.
