08 - ZONING DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED

The territory of the Borough of Stratford shall be divided into the following zoning districts:

The zones listed in section 17.08.010 shall be established by the designations, locations and boundaries found on the zoning map, as amended and on file in the office of the borough clerk. This map shall be known as the "Zoning Map of the Borough of Stratford" and shall be considered a part of this chapter. Map changes and amendments shall be made in accordance with chapter 17.76 of this title.

The following rules shall apply to the interpretation and application of the boundaries shown on the zoning map:
A.
Zoning district boundaries are intended to follow street right-of-way lines, railroad rights-of-way, streams and lot or property lines as they exist on plats of record at the time of the passage of this chapter unless such zone boundary lines are fixed by dimensions shown on the zoning map.
B.
In unsubdivided land or where a zone boundary divides a lot, the location of the zoning district boundary shall be determined by the use of the scale on the zoning map if no dimensions have been indicated.
