All residential districts, including: residential protection, low density residential, medium density residential, high density residential, cluster overlay, and East Sumner urban village overlay;
All commercial/office districts, including: general commercial, neighborhood commercial, Town Center Plan area, interchange commercial, East Sumner urban village overlay, and cluster overlay;

Nothing in this chapter is intended to authorize, legalize, or permit the establishment, operation, or maintenance of any business, building, or use which violates any city, state, or federal law or statute.
